I moved to Brantford from the Greater Toronto Area 10 years ago. After getting licensed as a Realtor®, I worked for a reputable brokerage for some time. My focus is on offering professional service and meeting my clients’ needs using the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my journey as a Realtor®.

I was born and raised in Toronto but have moved further west over the years and was fortunate to live in some great cities/towns in south western Ontario. Wherever I live, I make myself familiar with the market landscape of the area. I’ve been working in Brantford/Brant County/Norfolk now for many years and use informed perspective to educate my clients and get consistent results for them. I work with a lot of first-time home buyers and people new to the city. I love showing people what Brantford has to offer, and I’m very good at making sure clients get a good return on their investment into a home. I can tell if a home is worth buying at its current price.

My number one goal is to meet my clients’ needs, and I do that by providing profound insight that helps them make informed decisions for themselves and their families and I am completely transparent with my information. I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and building trust with them. I am upfront when advising clients on what I believe to be the right decision for them. My clients are my priority, and I keep myself available to help them with any problem that might come up. Communication is the key and I work hard to ensure that my clients and I are on the same page in every phase of the transaction.

In terms of marketing, I prioritize staying current in the contemporary marketplace. I am constantly investigating new options to offer my clients the latest marketing platforms, including professional photography, videography, and 3D Matterport Tours. I also send market reports and keep in touch with past clients – which they find very valuable and relatable.

I love to travel during my free time with Florida and Bahamas being a few of my favourites/frequent vacation spots. I am all about aging gracefully so I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle along with constant reading and learning. I am involved with local food banks, Women in Business events and the local Women’s Shelters. I also love giving back and do so by participating in “12 Days of Giving” at the end of every year. I look forward to continuing to build my business and to reach as many clients as possible.

Recently, I joined the REAL brokerage to expand my knowledge and services to better serve my clients. REAL is a technology-powered brokerage.
